While the CO APCD was busy growing to over a billion claims, CIVHC was busy explaining how it worked, what it could be used for, and the impact it was making across Colorado and the nation.

Not surprisingly, there was a lot to be said and it can be a bit much to try to sort through when spread out over different webpages. To help everyone find what they need, we created this library of posts sorted by category.

This collection includes explainers of CO APCD analytics and data quality as well as Change Agents and data releases. It also touches on other aspects of CIVHC’s work like the MOST form, palliative care, and advance care planning.
