In partnership with the Colorado Health Foundation, a total of $250,000 is available each year (up to $50,000 per project) to help community-based organizations offset costs to access CO APCD data and CIVHC’s research and evaluation services.
Eligibility
- Community-based non-profits in Colorado with annual operating revenues under $10 million are eligible, though those with larger revenues may also be considered.
- Primary focus includes organizations working on housing access, food security, and maternal and fetal health.
- Primary care, and mental health, particularly related to early childhood social and emotional well-being, and other areas of health equity for various populations including Coloradans of color, and LGBTQ+ will also be considered.
When to Apply
The Health Equity Fund will begin accepting applications for FY 26/27 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) in May 2026.
