These profiles draw from the Colorado All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD) and feature measures from CIVHC’s Community Dashboard, as well as custom enrollment reporting from our analyst team.

Together, they offer critical insights into local health care landscapes that can support planning, evaluation, and community health improvements.

Methodology

Enrollment figures reflect members with commercial or Medicaid coverage based on monthly eligibility files from August 2024 and August 2025, using the November 2025 Data Warehouse refresh. Counts include only primary insurance holders with medical or behavioral health coverage and exclude individuals with dual coverage to avoid duplication. Member location is assigned using CIVHC’s internal geocoding based on the eligibility month.

Total cost per person per year (PPPY) values do not equal the sum of the PPPY values for service categories because not all members are eligible for both medical and pharmacy services.
