
Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) is excited to announce the appointment of Matthew Ullrich as Vice President of Legal and Compliance, General Counsel and member of CIVHC’s Executive Leadership Team. In his new role, Matt will lead CIVHC’s Legal and Compliance team, oversee legal affairs and support our continued mission to advance health care affordability, quality, and equity.
Matt brings with him over 15 years of experience in health law, compliance, and executive leadership, including work at STRIDE Community Health Center, Colorado Access, Caplan and Earnest, and Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. In these positions, he built and led legal departments, supported enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, oversaw compliance and privacy, managed litigation, and worked to enhance organizational compliance frameworks while advising executive leadership and Boards of Directors on critical regulatory and operational matters. His broad experience uniquely positions him to support CIVHC’s growing work connecting data with action to improve the lives of Coloradans.
