The COVID-19 pandemic has the potential to indefinitely change how health care is delivered, accessed and paid for. Expanded use of telehealth services is just one aspect of care that can greatly impact cost, care and outcomes long-term. Understanding the impact of telehealth services on the health care system will be important for Change Agents across the state and nation who are trying to design a new normal that benefits us all.

To support these efforts around telehealth, CIVHC developed a publicly available Telehealth Services Analysis using claims from the CO All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD). During this webinar, CIVHC will orient users to the available data, share use cases and interesting insights, and describe plans to regularly update the information as new claims are processed over time.
