Accessing CO APCD Data

CIVHC is the administrator of Colorado All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD), the state’s most comprehensive health care claims database representing the majority of covered lives and payers. CIVHC provides transparent analyses and information from the CO APCD to support the health care Triple Aim in Colorado in two ways:

  1. Through public information and analyses designed to foster decision-making at all levels of the health care system (visit our public data focus areas and publications library)
  2. By request of non-public releases, that can be licensed by Change Agents working on specific projects to improve care for Coloradans (see our data release process)
