Shaneis Morse (Malouff) serves as Vice President of Data Solutions at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC), home to Colorado’s All Payer Claims Database, where she leads initiatives focused on researching health access, cost, economics, outcomes, and evidence-based healthcare policy.

As a board-certified prosthetist and orthotist by training, she has contributed to research on improving access to preventive prosthetic and orthotic care across the United States, helping inform the passage of more than a dozen bipartisan healthcare laws. Her work centers on translating data into practical policy solutions that improve health outcomes while promoting responsible stewardship of healthcare resources. A Colorado native, Shaneis is also a wife, mother, and competitive endurance athlete.
