Matt Ullrich is a dedicated health care attorney with more than 14 years of experience shaping legal and regulatory strategies that support more accessible, affordable, and equitable health care.

Before joining CIVHC, he served as General Counsel at STRIDE Community Health Center and as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Legal Services at Colorado Access, with earlier roles at Colorado Permanente Medical Group, Caplan and Earnest, LLC, and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.

Known for his collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Matt brings a strong commitment to improving the health care system through practical, ethical, and people-centered legal guidance.
