SUMMARY:Data to Drive Decisions: The Community Dashboard
DESCRIPTION:The Community Dashboard helps Change Agents across the state and nation understand how different aspects of health care – cost\, utilization\, access to care\, and quality – vary across Colorado communities. The latest iteration of the Community Dashboard is now available and contains important trend information from 2013-2021. This data can be used to help communities answer questions like:\n\n\nAre health care costs rising and for what types of services?\nAre people receiving preventive care and screenings for cancer?\nAre Emergency Departments being utilized for things that could be taken care of in a doctor’s office?\n\n\nJoin us on May 25th from 12-1pm MT to learn more about the latest iteration of the dashboard\, including initial findings and use cases from Change Agents who are putting the data into action to improve health and costs for their community.
